Three bedrooms: 2 w/Queen, 1 w/Twin Daybed. 2 baths.

Amenities include central AC/heat, 2 cable TV's, DVD, stereo, phone with answering machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and chef-friendly kitchen. Iron and ironing board and booster seat.

The exterior offers a charcoal grill, picnic table, hammock, deck swing, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered porch on lower level and screened porch on upper level.

NO CITY WATER, filtered well water.

No linens are provided but may be rented thru Beach Outfitters, located at Ocracoke Island Realty. Advance rentals of linens, beach gear and bikes can be delivered to the cottage.

One Pet Allowed with no additional fee. SECOND PET ALLOWED WITH $75 FEE. Please call Ocracoke Island Realty at (252) 928-6261 to arrange for a second pet.

NO SMOKING. Maximum 5 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Sunday check-in day. No Partial Week Stays Unless Available One Week Before Arrival Date.
